18 months ago I developed a condition called cluster headaches aka suicide headaches basically chronic daily pain 10x worse than I migraine.

Now I’m not saying that is the sole reason why I’m in the situation I am in however taking unknown medication every day will have some part as it is totally out of character for me

Between 2 loans and 5 credit cards and an overdraft I have managed to accrue 50k worth of unsuccured debt in February last year I had nill.

Along with a change in job which has put me year on year 15k down in earnings.

I am now at the first month where I will struggle to pay everything back.

I rang debt plan and they have advised me to go bankrupt as my outgoings is 600 more than income per month.

The issue I have is one I live with my partner in her house that I pay towards bills etc but I’m not on the mortgage we moved in at the same time but it is her house as she bought it with her own money.

Second issue I have is I sell cars for a living with entails me being FCA and saf regulated.

My income can fluctuate massively on month to month as I am commission based

If I did do what debt suggests will that affect my partner and of my job.

Any advice is greatly appreciated

who are debt plan?

if its a fee paying lot forget it.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

you are not taking unknown medication,

the doctor knows what is does and you can read the BNF to see what effects it may cause.

As for accruing £50k debt in a year on top of your income that is very worrying.

I would suggest you go back to your doctors and tell them what is going on and perhaps they will refer you to a specialist.

A brain scan to locate the source of the activity that causes the headache followed by inserting an electrode to counteract the brains activity at that point is a new treatment but of course that is just one side of your problems and your GP may well send you to see a mental health specialist as well
