I had my Ee bill today and it was £100 more than usual so I contacted them and questioned them about it.

Well over the past month I upgraded to a different phone and I sent it back within 11 days under the returns policy and I didn't use it.

I then ordered another one which I had for 12 days which again I decided against keeping and again didn't use it.

What EE have done is charged me both times for using these phones

they've charged me 11 and 12 days for the tariffs for these phones despite the fact that I didn't use them at all.

Is this right because they seem to think it is, seems like robbery to me?

Thanks.
