Hey all,

She has had a letter before claim from Lowell Portfolio/Lowell Solicitors for an old JD Williams Catalogue debt. Trying to get ahead of this one, is it just the normal CCA to Lowell Portolio in an attempt to stop the claim? Does anything need to go to Lowell Solicitors?

Thanks

Yes the usual CCA off to Lowlifes, they're all in the same broom cupboard so their fake sols will know about it too, was this pre or post 07?

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!

Make sure it is a genuine claim letter that fills all the legal criteria. Other outfits such as cabot and their sols send one out but mask it as something else, it doesnt fill the criteria correctly, but they still go and issue a claim anyway and try and say it was.

Any advice i give is my own and is based solely on personal experience. If in any doubt about a situation , please contact a certified legal representative or debt counsellor..

If my advice helps you, click the star icon at the bottom of my post and feel free to say thanks

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
