can I just check this was an ANPR capture not a windscreen ticket
you never received the NTK within the 14 days [why not, is the car registered to another address?]
its an overstay of about 10mins covered by the min 10 mins issue

I'm an ANPR capture as no windscreen ticket was issue. Till today i've not received the NTK and when you go to HX park website, the NTK does not exist which is wierd and this i voiced to the person i spoke at Gladstone.

Yes they do contradict themselves, a sign says you are not permitted to overstay whilst another says you can!!

This starting to get too much as i feel like they are bullying me. How can they issue a county claim when their letter is dated 19/07/18 and I am supposed to have 30days to appeal and request for all information that was never received. They are surely breaking the law.

A simple defence is that no monies are owed because you paid the prescribed fee to park and the contract for parking that was offered and accepted doesnt allow HX to add any amount to this fee so there is no cause for action by the claimant against the defendant.

The big sign and the blurb on the meter say nothing about paying 100 for any reason they may invent, the other signs are just graffiti as far as the licence to park goes

received a lettericon in the post dated 7th of sept with all the information regarding the fine, overstayed by 18mins. I've been on holiday so seeing all their correspondence to me, they sent another letter dated 21st which is received today stating that they will be issuing a court judgement. i'm so confused and overwhelmed by all this letters. i need your advise please.

What FINE? it was a claim for breach of contract.

Right, so what letters were received and from whom.

Did your friend/you respond to the court claim as was needed in the correct time.

Post up everything you have got with the personal but blanked out so we can make sense of it all and hopefully avoid them winning because you didnt respond in time.

This is the only way they can win so I hope you havent shot yourself in the foot by not reading the paperwork you had BEFORE you went away. What to doa dn when was all on here for you to follow
