DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

You can't take the chance, PE are not known for fair play, and by pretending they have discontinued could engineer a default judgmant in their favour.

We could do with some help from you.

phone the court an ask them.

If you ave a proper notice of discontinuance on court paper then that is that.

If just the PE letter I would be seeking clarification.

Have a look at moneyclaim control panel if you used it earlier,

it will appear there but generally a couple of days late.

Email likewise takes a coupe of days to get read so use all of your tools
