Hi, question - how long is a warrant of control issued for an unpaid council PCN valid for?

 

I thought it was 12 months but the relevant bits of CPR 75.5 have been struck out (I can't post a link as I'm new, but if you google CPR 75 you'll find it) so I think the law might have changed.

 

Any ideas?

A warrant of control is valid for 12 months but a local authority may make one application only to extend the 12 month period for a further 12 months:
