Hi peeps

Sainsbury’s / Lloyd’s cca sent back.

I won’t scan the rest up ( I don’t think I need too ) it’s just freshly printed reconstituted version.

This defaulted back in 2009

Card was WELL before 2007

I guess it’s just Bog roll ?

They sent back the cca postal order (£1)

Thanks everyone

If the card is pre 2007 they'll need the original paperwork. Not reconstituted rubbish.

Ignore for now

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Hiya DX and thanks for your quick response

It is with I believe arrow global - ( this is who payments goto via Payplan )

But I did get this letter from arrow global which confuses things even more. ( attached )

Please bear with me still on a steep learning curve. The info from my Payplan creditor list informs me that Moorcroft clients are arrow global ( and thus I believe arrow have bought the Sainsbury’s debt ) - I have never had notice of assignment as it’s been with Payplan and Theyvhave zero paperwork unfortunately. I guess this is what happens when you pay cash cow blindly.

Thanks again DX for your help

Hi RI - thanks for your input.....

Here is pdf from DMP showing the history of debt -

Defaulted way back in 2005 - long been dropped of CRF. Been paying blindly since 2005 through DMP.( Payplan ) - No paperwork whatsoever unfortunately as all done through Payplan. Payplan don’t hold any either

Please let me know if you need any other details

Thanks again

You dont get notice of assignment.

Its already in the contract.

Dont go down the FMoTL twaddle yellow brick road route.

Sgt... They are supposed to get a Notice Of Assignment under law but not a Deed Of Assignment as that is a commercially sensitive document.,

We could do with some help from you.

good evening all - and thanks for all of your help

i have been doing a little reading and ...

i have a couple of questions : -

1 ) do the prescribed terms need to be on the same page as my signature ? - i have looked at loads of other valid CCA agreements and they seem to be on the same page ? in this instance the reverse of the sheet could just be a photocopy ?

2 ) does the CCA agreement need to be signed by myself AND and someone from Sainsburys bank ?

thanks in advance again

Hi DX

It came direct from Sainsbury’s

First page looks iffy to me - Different type sets - and boxes do not line up ( and no prescribed terms )

Thanks again

No it might appear it did....

The oc doesnt own it

So arrows get ignored unless of until you get a PAP letter of claim now
