Probably a daft question,

but can a debt be registered duplicate d as seperate debts/defaults on my credit file...

.I have two in question.

..an old lloyds tsb loan which is registered as a lloyds tsb default and elsewhere on my file as a lowells default....

.The second one is barclaycard default which has seperate entries as a barclaycard default and a hoist portfolio default...

..The reason I ask is that it's making my credit file look worse than it actually is (it's still bad though!)

As long as the OC's defaulted date is not changed by the DCA entry it's not harming your file any more than one default

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

But there all the same default /agreement number....number of listings is irrelevant.

We could do with some help from you.
