Hi all,

Anyone got a clue what I should fill in at the top of an N252 form?

I have an order for divorce costs and need to have it assessed.

The first box says "In the" and I assume I need to fill in the Court the matter will be heard in. Where would this be?

The second box says "Claim No.". I have no idea what to put here!

Thanks,

Old Swanner.

Does the order come from a particular court? If so, then put the name of that court in the box.

If you have a copy of the order then presumably it has the claim number on it – or case number – put that number into the claim number box.

Does that help?
