Hi:

I need to sue and individual who owes me £10,000 through the Small Claims County Court but he resides in Northern Ireland.

I have all the evidence needed to proceed with the case but I would like to ask the forum if I need to make a claim here from England or Northern Ireland ?

I served him with a letter last year, he acknowledged receiving the letter but he ignored my petition.

twill be an NI claim.

and if he defends you will have to travel there for any hearings

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
