Hi All,

Following on from another thread I have on the forum, I have requested the CCA for an AA loan I took out in 2009.

Since 2013 when I got into some financial difficulties I have had the interest frozen and paying less than the monthly agreed amount, obviously this is reflected on my credit score. This is now with Wescot who are still collecting.

I was initially looking at paying off my remaining debts, but advised to get the CCA for each before doing anything else.

So seeking advice of what to do with this one now please. Hopefully it is readable in the format attached.

Thanks for any advice given.

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

well when tsb/Lloyds split then regrouped and split again some of the old HBOS belonged originally to Lloyds under the HBOS badge

but not to worry.

so there appears to be some T&C's missing as there should be sheets of them

but what is there is correct and i'd say enforceable

and as its with the OC you wont get much discount

have you got all the statements ?

and a this is still owned by the original creditor as wetcloths cont buy debts then i'd
