When you send your SAR, make sure that you ask for all the personal data they have on you in respect of any matter and in any form, including screen notes, memos, internal and external correspondence.

Send it to the Lloyds DSAR centre/archive in Andover

Yes, send an SAR to everyone you think you want to challenge and reclaim money back from. Get all the SAR is going now. It takes 40 days – assuming that they comply. Even if they appear to comply you need then to doublecheck the data because they are either dishonest or hopelessly inefficient – or both

you'll have a bit of a job getting penalty charges back if outside of 6yrs or if you are not in financial hardship.

as for your debts...

please list them

and when you first took them out

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
