Hi all,

Just need some help here for my daughter,

She has just been contacted by her council claiming she owes money on two debts I think they are both for business rates,

One debt is from 2002 and the other is 2008,

Can they still collect if she owes this money after all these years have passed,

Just need a yes or no answer if possible.

Thanks.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
