Please can some one help,

we had a paragon loan in 2003 for 60k,

we repaid it early 2004, but were charged 11k ppi.

Paragon have told us as they were not regulated then they will not be giving us anything back,

I have had a reply on mse saying basically tough luck. But I have also read a post on here where someone (justice4me) had a similar issue with Paragon as I have. He was successful in claiming back his ppi. So I thought it was worth asking !

I see this is compass finance too.

did you make a plevin claim or a std PPI claim?

if you can research and findout who the PPI underwriters were

then you might well have a claim against them as I expect, like most insurance companies around that period they were regulated.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
