DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

I got home from work today to find a unmarked envelope with my name and address on it.

Opened it up to find a card from RESOLVECALL.

“URGENT for the attention of ########

I called today 17/07/18 for the 1ST time regarding your account(s)

Please contact our head office on telephone #######

Quoting reference ####### “

What a waste of fuel ........

Ahhhhh, bless the little darlings, still sending out random strangers knocking on doors thinking they're in the 1970's and can get away with intimidating people on their own doorstep.

Tut tut, this extremely useless tactic is why DCA's are a joke, and is indicative of just how dumb they really are, threatening people in their own homes, a definite way to make your nose bleed!

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!

Hi Tbirdo just wondered what happened with this in the end as I'm in a similar situation? Thanks.

Hi there, since the PAP letter was sent , I have not had a reply yet. So nothing really, having read other threads you wait for the DCA to come up with the paperwork.
