Hi guys.

First time poster.

Came into debt with PayPal.

All my own doing.

It was £1100 and I've since reduced it to £400.

I'm stretched until pay day next month and appear short of options.

Any advice?

As they said debt collection agency may get involved,

which probably worries me more than it should.

Just hate having things like this unresolved.

Thanks.

DCA's have no legal powers whatsoever and are not BAILIFFS

paypal never do court as they reside in luxy...

ignore

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Oh dear oh dear, PP getting above their station again!

You know they're immature when they try and use a DCA as a threat........and we all know DCA's are as useful as indicators on a submarine....

You're very safe to pay them what YOU can when YOU can, don't let them dictate to you what you have to pay and when.

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!

Shouldn't that be 'indicators on a BMW' or 'a screen door on a submarine' :-D

Please note that my posts are my opinion only and should not be taken as any kind of legal advice.
In fact, they're probably just waffling and can be quite safely and completely ignored as you wish.
