Unless there are clauses in your contract which specify that a minimum number of hours will be offered (but then it wouldn't be a genuine ZHC) then technically indefinitely

You may have some grounds to complain if others are offered work but you are not, especially if due to a protected characteristic, or if there are other clauses in your contract requiring you to be 'available' and therefore unable to seek alternative work, but otherwise that is the nature of a ZHC - no obligation to offer and no obligation to accept work

Given your interaction with them : it’d be a surprise if they offered you hours given their lack of obligation to do so.

If they did : would you accept them? (given your feelings towards them).

It’d be hard for you to claim discrimination when they could show a breakdown in mutual trust / confidence.

you seem to want to dig a hole for yourself, we know who you worked for previously and anyone following that thread know who the players are but please stop trying to out your ex employer when there is no necessity to do so. It doenst matter who offered a zero hours contract, the advice will be the same and basically there is no obligation for them to provide work and no obligation for you to do any.
