Scenario:

Credit Card debt now with CLS, dating back to 2010, arrangement in place for £1 per month since then. Still paying.

Nothing on credit record.

CLS asking for lump sum to clear account and mark as partially cleared.

This fell off credit record last year. Can it be reinstated and marked partially cleared?

Any comments or advice please?

Thanks.

nope

why are you blindly paying a DCA?

ever questioned its enforceability via a CCA request

who are CLS's client?

what the debt?

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

pers id ignore the powerless DCA

deal with HSBC only.

hope that's who he is paying too?

if a short settlement is being offered

consider an SAR to HSBC get all the statements

theres obv more discount to be had

probably unenforceable penalty charges or PPI etc.

when was the card taken out?

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..
