them sending a debt advisor doesn't mean its sold.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Did you speak to the field agent ?

If so what did you discuss ?

Do you now own any assets such as the house you live in now ?

Would your current employment or any tenancy of your current home be affected by bankruptcy or a CCJ ?

When was a last payment made towards this debt ?

I think you need to work through the statements as previously advised.

See what you can spot ?

If there are excess charges, you might be able to get these removed, reducing the debt.

You could look at a full and final offer, but I suspect NRAM would want 20% + of the current debt amount.

Really depends of your current sutuation.

We could do with some help from you.
