you are going to get a bucket full of defaults that will prevent credit for 6yrs

or atleast make it difficult.

there are letters in the debt collection section of the library you can send

making an offer of £xx for xx mts if they freeze interest/penalties

if they don't drop them to £1 for life

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

right

I've retitled you thread

and moved you into the debt management & Debt self help forum

lots of like threads to read.

whilst your debt is still owns by the OC

they don't do court so..

IF it get sold on

then the fleecing DCA that buys it MIGHT.

but that depends if enforceable agreements are still flying around..

and as I've said

for one, that BC debt..not a chance in hell they'll ever find the agreement you signed..

the OC's under the FCA conc rules are duty bound to help you

go read those letters I pointed too.
