Hi folks, new to the forum and looking for advice please.

I purchased a car from Arnold Clark, in March this year.

Car has running problems and error codes as in the title.

The car has been back to them with the codes after 12 weeks ,

they sent the car to Peugeot they done a DPF regen and a software update.

I have had the car back a few weeks and it done the same thing.

They are refusing to fix it and I have left it in their yard.

They are just not interested !!!

Thanks in advance .

consumer right act CRA is your friend

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Hi , Good Morning ,sorry for the delay messages were going to my spam folder.

The car is a Peugeot 308 1.6ehdi 112 2013 with 52000miles.

This is my first Peugeot and first small diesel engine what a nightmare!

The exact description for the codes is - P0193 - Fuel rail pressure sensor A circuit High & P0191 Fuel rail Pressure sensor A Circuit Range/Performance.

I am my wits end with this ,

I am about to lose the plot with A. Clark.

Full service History, By Arnold Clark last one being February 2017.

Thank you for your responses much appreciated.

If you want a faulty car repaired then AC is the last place you take it to.

Just because Clarkie stamped the service book in Feb 17 doesn't mean the fuel filter was renewed.

As DX says CRA is your friend.

Was any part of this car paid by credit card or Visa debit card???

the P0193 code - fuel rail pressure sensor Input too high

which loosely translated means not enough fuel is getting through

this can be caused by the following:

- Excessive resistance in the circuit so bad connections to the pump or to the sensor

- Low or no fuel in the tank

- Wiring harness connector of the fuel pressure sensor is faulty or not connected correctly

- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor faulty

- Fuel Pump faulty
