I think you'll find that Sangie's experience is in representing the employee and their interests, not the employer...... which is worth considering when deciding if spitfire is offering false hope (that the employer hasn't followed a reasonable procedure), or if Sangie is wrong instead.

 

Spitfire are you suggesting the OP should go to ACAS even before appealing to the employer?
