isupply owe me over £500 in overcharges on our account

 

They seem to have a great reluctance, despite confirming the amount to refund and deliberately delaying

 

I would be grateful if someone could confirm their offices either the one in Richmond Hill Bournemouth, or the (company name) in Poole before I issue a CCC against them

yes, it is the company address so even if they have other addresses they have to accept post at that one. That is why it is registered with CH.

you need to send a letter before action to them spelling out exactly what you want and give them 14 days to respond. You can add a last lin e saying civil action may be taken without further notice and they then become liable for your costs of doing so, even if they pay up the money before it gets further than the issuing of a claim
