I asked homebuy for my cca with them

today the cca came however something looks dodgy here

both my signatures are in fact nothing near my writing and not my writing

both are the same signature duplicated

the only thing that i can think it is they are digital signature

but then the agent has signed underneath one so he would have been present when I signed

any advice please way forward

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

sorry dx

requested signatures as we were no longer able to afford the monthly payments due to homebuy removing their meter

so missed 2 payments looked it up on the forum

and the members here have asked for cca to clarify my

contract arragments to se

if the meter was down and they could not change the conditions

thanks

been looking through the forum and various forums but i am stuck on this one i have until 31 st to rely to homebuy with my intentions

my feelings are that this is not a genuine signature

I have compared the 2 signatures and they are identical in both

it is not nothing like my wifes i asked her and she only asked for a newer tv

no papers or nought

any advice

on this one

thanks

well surely it doesn't matter?

cant see why removing the meter had anything to do you not being able to afford the products you had

nor makes a suspect sig any reason to not pay

esp as this is post 2007? agreement

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..
