Is this the Lloyd's loan?

You say it was secured?

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Hi

no this is unsecured paid through dmp since 2009 in my husbands name to idem

.The secured one we borrowed to pay it and clear it so as not to lose house when the ltd company went under.

The reason I asked about secured loan was it was all linked to being lent out of our ability to pay back.

I thought they had all been defaulted on once this had happened

I didn't think they could be defaulted on again?

aww. The old " we knew all along this debt was totally unenforceable, but becaus eyouve blindly paid us for so long, we're gonna still harass you into paying because we think youre stupid and gullible enough". Pity they dont also say that you can report them for continued harassment if they keep contacting you wne the debts unenforceable.

You can tell them, no CCA, no pay, now get lost and stop contacting. if they refuse, then in goes a complaint.

Any advice i give is my own and is based solely on personal experience. If in any doubt about a situation , please contact a certified legal representative or debt counsellor..

  • 1 month later...

My husband has had a response from Idem Servicing with a copy of the original agreement. Where do I go from here?

It is signed by him and also by a bank representative and dated 2006.

(I have scanned leaving off the account number and signature).

Just ignore them. Tell the muppets " sorry, i only deal with things in writing", and hang up. if they call, record it and clearly say you are reporting them for harassment. Then get a letter of complaint off to them and inform the FSA
