DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Well...Thanks for that.

I feel a whole lot better now that you have pointed me in the right direction.

Note to self:

Don’t post on a Consumer Action Group asking for advice unless you have searched for all the possible answers to your questions first.

Don’t sit there and worry when you can stand and worry and read so much online that you just don’t know what is the right thing to do as there is so much conflicting advice.

That is a rubbish way to answer a post from someone looking for help by the way.

Me:I have a problem, anyone have any ideas on how to proceed.

You:go and look it up and stop worrying.

Well there you go.,..I’m all good now

if rectums wanna waste paying money on the fee to lift the stay

you'll hear from THE COURT

till then

you can ignore anything else

feebee23 until such time the claimant wishes to proceed with the claim you need not do anything...the claim is stayed...if they wish to proceed they will have to pay £255 to lift the stay and then the claim will proceed...until the court informs you of this action you can safely forget all about it and prepare and enjoy the Xmas Festivities.
