Yep unfortunately we got duped too

BUT after their empty threats of legal action,

we checked out their T's and C's and all was not as appeared to be,

we swiftly reminded them of their behaviour.

 

They tried to trap us in a renewal clause in a contract that we've never seen before,

stating 30 days notice required to cancel (which is actually today) or pay the Invoice attached by 4.30pm.

 

This 'Contract' was attached to my original debt collection form and was not there upon signing the consent to chase our debt.

 

Upon investigating a bit further, it appears the document was created and edited on a mac this morning (they really should check their document history before editing, adding pages, sending them and then threatening people)

I don't use a mac and neither do the rest of my staff, absolutely disgusting.

 

Upon further investigation,

one of the directors is a 26 year old with 4 CCJ's against the company adding up to £8,979!!

 

With a company net worth of 18k and this CCJ, I would say their efforts haven't been that successful.

 

Note to self: Check EVERYTHING before instating anyone to collect debts and I advise everyone to keep a level head and do some thorough research when you've been burnt.

This is what I have reported them for Fraud for. It's disgusting.

I am in the same position as social daisy so can't divulge too much,

We were duped by this company roughly a year ago.

They keep ignoring any emails or requests for call-backs,

also will never take your calls when asking to speak to Paul or Mike.

They just hide behind an ever changing admin team of pram faced Geordie [removed].

Has anyone actually got anywhere bringing these [problem]mers to justice?

Avoid this firm like you would a bunny boiler on aphrodisiacs.

I am going through the misfortune of dealing with this shower. How and why have they not yet been closed down

I have had their representative called Terry (who has now apparently been fired) tell me that my case has been to court

and the baylifs

and the police have been to the persons home that owes me a lot of money,

to find out that possibly none of this has actually happened

but no one can find out if it has or not as the file cannot be found.

I now have these in court on 2 separate judgements

I would really like to get hold of someone from up in Newcastle and give them a piece of my mind.

anything you do will be throwing good money after bad.

If you sue them

you win

but they dont pay up and fold the company

- they still keep the money.

Police/TS? may take action if they get enough complaints

but difficult to get a successful prosecution as they will use incompetence as a defence rather than admitting setting out to defraud.

Do let actionfraud know though and spread the word on social media but do temper the language and keep it factual

the office is already empty. They took it to start up another company already. That is their way of working. I hope I am wrong but doubt it.
