If anyone has this too hand

 

If a business has trade union representation with many business units all over the country, The Member /employee of that trade union can pick which rep they choose to represent them other than the local rep. It does not have to be the local rep if the request is reasonable as in travel and cost to the business

 

Now i know there is case law with an employment tribunal that confirms this but cannot put my hands on it

 

Anybody know of it??
