Three days ago my rear camera on my galaxy s7 edge shattered whilst taking a picture , no impact no contact whatsoever with anything other than fresh air ,

samsung are claiming this is physical damage and want to charge me for the repair £60 yet its under warranty

after searching for other users complaining of this mysterious glass shattering incident i found many many reports and images of the exact same problem yet samsung are refusing to look into the known defect and are instead passing the blame ,

i feel really angered by the way they are treating this and making out ive damaged the phone when this is clearly not the case ,

the phone condition is evident of how well it is looked after and clearly it has never been dropped ,

ive visited samsung support stores and contacted samsung support everyway possible but they just keep telling me its a chargeable repair

When did you buy the phone ?

Which retailer ?

Was it part of a contract ?

You might well have more chance with the retailer, as consumer rights with retailer are better than warranty.

We could do with some help from you.
