Hi all,

New to cag so if this isn't in the right place I apologies.

I have a secured loan with WF taken out in 2005.

I made payments on time until I had my first child.

I then arrange to have reduced payments while I was off work in 2009.

I again asked for reduced payments 2yrs ago 2015 of £15 a month which I haven't paid at all.

The loan doesn't show on my credit file but the charge is listed with the land registry.

They have also written to say they have changed my interest amount to 0% and only inquire that they haven't heard from me since I stopped paying. the last letter was dated Nov 2016.

Should I contact them to start paying again?

Can I sell my house and convert the loan to unsecured?

Any advise would be greatly appreciated as I not in a good place financially or mentally. Thankyou
