we've seen that before the courts not understanding the point of the letter

but it will go in the file that the judge sees anyway

so served its purpose.

we've seen them claim to had filed their N180 before when they haven't.

they always do this because they have told their client that it can all be dealt with for the £60 unicorn tax added to the £100 when they started sending letters.

If it goes to court they have to shell out at least another £50 to get a local gun for hire to turn up as they cant be bothered to clean up their own mess.

By having it heard on the papers they are still in profit.

Also, as they file late and tell lies you wont be able to rubbish their claim because you wont have seen it all.

If it gets to a hearing you will see that their witness statement is often written by someone not employed by the parking co and not involved in the claim preparation.

As they wont be there to be cross examined their evidence will often be thrown out upon request so the rep for Gemini/Gladdys wil have nothing to say and you no case to answer.

Have the DQ from the court.
