DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

It is a secured loan of originally 10k. I have been in arrears before but currently am up to date with payments. Last time I asked for a settlement figure was back in April and they said it would be £14487.

do you still have all the paperwork like the agreement and every statement?

a £10k loan from 2005 should not have an outstanding balance of £14k today me thinks....
