hi folks, looking for some advice, if anyone can offer some help,

i had a lloyds credit card,

which was then changed back to TSB credit card,

at the time was not much left on my card to spend,

and the minimum DD was set up to collect for every month,

was a small amount left on the card to use,

which i did while away in Spain,

while away TSB lowered my card by £50,

which then put my card over the new limit set by TSB

resulting in several charges,

yes i am guilty of not checking my account that often,

but presumed i was ok, as it had min being payed every month, and i knew it was not over its limit, or so i thought until they had lowered it,

informing me that a letter had being sent out the month before to inform me,

which i don't recall ever receiving,

when i phoned they informed me it was my responsibility to ensure it never went over the limit, and avoid charges, but by them reducing it by £50 they effectively put me over the limit, anyone else had this problem?

thanks for any advice :-x

penalty charges are unlawful under the FCA guidelines

demand them back.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
