DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

looking at your payment statement - I think its because you've not kept to a strict 1 month payment routine?

so I think you need to ring northants bulk and tell them you did not receive the last letter till [date]

which caused you to miss the chance to reply.

N245 time me thinks

get it varied back to £35PCM and keep upto date

Your variation is still in place...thats just an amendment to the original judgment...check that all your payments have been received and the balance adjusted accordingly.

Its just a change to the original Judgment back dated because of an error with the interest I assume...you variation still stands.

it seems so.

the amount of reduction equates exactly to the prior interest,

reverting it back to the default sum + court costs.

maybe, with the award of such interest being discretionary, the J decided to revisit?

plus, as a regulated matter there cant be any post judgment stat interest (the 'future interest' mentioned on the poc?)

therefore all the payments should be going to the revised sum, and not the original judgment amount.

keep an eye on that, don't pay more than the new amount.

unless there is something else to it?

Looks like they are going to the revised sum. There isn’t anything else to it as far as I am aware apart from not being on time with the £35 a couple of times but the new judgement doesn’t seem to relate to that.
