you got mugged!!

advantis is a no powers DCA you should have totally ignored them.

as you should now the rossers

they again are a DCA

and a DCA is NOT A BALIFFF

if you do owe anything

always deal with DVLA directly.

think you've just paid for part of the advantis summer holiday for the staff.

how did you pay them..

please say not over the phone after they or you rang each other?

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Wonder if anyone can help

I got a late road tax fine from Advantis which I paid 6 months ago

and now I have just received a letter today from Rossendales debt collectors

saying I owe them £80 for the same offence.

It could be an error, £80 sounds like the Late Licensing Penalty, which is treated as a civil debt, for which the DVLA employ debt collectors, and they haven't realised it has been paid.
