Can anybody help I am looking for a Solicitors who can help me deal with the minefield of a Council Tax Liability Order in the South Yorkshire Region.

I have had a letter (first time from this firm), stating that they are acting on behalf of the Local Authority regarding outstanding Council Tax Charges. I have been in constant contact with the council and this letter says I must not contact the Council but them.

does anyone know of a solicitors firm in the South Yorkshire Region that can help with this.

so you have a bailiff letter..notice of enforcement giving 7 days?

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
