No idea why? Just got a letter saying we were no longer entitled to Council Tax support.

I got married in October, does this some how effect it?

My wife works and gets 19k a year, I only receive DLA, Kinship allowance (both were disregarded in their calculations) and Child Benefit. My income is pretty much 0 in their eyes.

Can anybody please help?

Absolutely, you are assessed on joint income now you are married

Well my wife called them and apparently they said they sent me the bill without support added on and that they will send a memo to it sorted and send me the bill with calculations added on.

But isn't that also the case for partners living together too? Our last assessment took both our incomes into calculation.

Your OP did not state you were previously co habiting, sorry for the false assumption.

Marriage/living together shouldnt make any difference in DWP eyes, they are considered the same thing for purposes of benefits assessment.

Wait for the amended bill and go from there

This might be of interest to you - you can sign over some of your tax allowance if one of you is earning less than £10,600 ?

From 6 April 2015, more than four million married couples and 15,000 civil partners who earn less than the £10,600 income tax personal allowance for 2015/16 will be able to transfer £1,060 of their allowance to their spouse, so long as the recipient doesn't pay higher rate (40%) or additional rate (45%) tax.
