please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

I have found both good reviews as well as bad about this company and was interested in a car they have. There site is quite big with a good selection for all budgets but they do not seem to update their web-site.

Wherever you buy a car, the golden rule is to take a nice long test drive, a minimum of 10 miles twenty is better, include duel (70mph) carrageway and some steep hills.

This gives the whole engine a chance to warm up and not just the water in the cyclinder head which is what the guage on the dash shows.

Be warey if there is only enough fuel for a short journey around the block, if you are really interested in the car and they wont put fuel in, then put fuel in it yourself. If you can take a mechanic with you all the better.

A test drive where you are a passenger is not good enough.

been looking for prices on said car and for that age it seems they either go for me or slightly less, it only comes with one month warranty?

Warranty is a 'reel in the punters and give them a false sense of security' device used mainly by car dealers.

A warranty means nothing, they have to abide by current legislation which gives you a lot of protection. Certainly don't buy any warranty, (insurance) if it is offered to you, it is a complete waste of money.

Anything wrong that is not obvious by observation or what they tell you is wrong is covered by legislation.

Lets say they don't mention any faults and after you have had a good look around and tried this and that, off you drive to show off to your neighbours.

If anything goes wrong within six months of purchase, legislation says it is deemed to have been faulty at the time of purchase and that means it will be up to the dealer to fix or prove otherwise.

After six months if there is something you suspect was wrong at the time of purchase, it is then up to you to prove it was there at the time of purchase.

That would be say the brakes make a grinding noise and you take it to your local garage, and he says it needs new pads and discs and you have only done 50 miles, then you can claim that is must have been like that at the time of purchase.

One owner means it should have all the drivers manuals and service book with it, if no service book, get the reg number, (if you still have time), and pop into a Kia dealer and they will be able to tell you its service and repair history if done by a dealer.
