Hi I'm in need of some help

 

I bought a 2nd bmw 54 reg in 2009

 

I have the finance from duntons

 

The car was 7500

 

With fees etc the finance came to around 12

 

In the end after two years I gave the car back

 

They sold the car for 10400

 

I'd payed over 20000

 

 

today 7 years on the money barn ring me saying I owe them

 

6700 for a bmw in 2009

 

I'm beside myself

 

Pls pls Pls help

have you been receiving any statements

 

You sadly VS,d the car rather than VT so they were entitled to the full agreement

 

Please post up the agreement and payments made minus pers details

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
