When buying a new Apple device direct from Apple they now offer to buy your old device.

You don't get cash, you get a voucher, which you have to spend with them. I therefore expected a decent deal, as usually you get a better deal if you accept a voucher.

Not from Apple, I found a working, excellent condition iphone 4 was "worth" £25.

Somehow, I expected better from Apple, I did not think they would offer so much less than other sites.

To be fair to them, at least they offer something like that xd

Expect better from Apple ! Bit like expecting FIFA to run a fair bidding process for the World Cup.

They are one of the most aggressive corporations, hungry to make a profit in any situation. They stop many software applications from running on their machines, making it difficult to have the same experience as you would on other manufacturers devices. For example there are no free apps for blocking advertising, as you would have using Firefox on Windows systems.

Don't put the blame on Apple, apportion it towards their silly customers.

The world believed them when they said Apple computer couldn't get malware - they do.

They charge extortionate prices for their goods - but the people still buy them.

Now we are told they offer rock bottom pennies for buyback - what's the betting the majority of their customers will accept that.

There's another product out there to match or beat Apple and at half the price, so why do people the world over believe the hype and buy Apple! Probably the same people who thing the Kardashians are wonderful.
