Hi are liability orders for council tax statute barred.

I am fight one from 2005 and 2007.

 

Brilliant site keep up the good work you have been amazing giving me advice over the years that has actually worked - have managed to save thousands!!

Providing they obtained the Liability Orders within 6 years of them being due then they will never be Statute Barred. I would not just take their word for having them but would insist on some proof.

sadly no as long as they are issued within 6yrs of the year of the 'debt'

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
