Do you want to know when your area is changing from DLA to PiPs? If so please read the attachment as you can see when and what areas are up next for the changes. I have also included the Welsh version as well for reference.

Last updated on the 05/04/2015 first issued 05/04/2013

Timetable for PIP replacing DLA Updated: April 2015 Timetable by date and location.

This is done by using the first 2 letters from your postcode so using the attachment you can see when your area is having the change from DLA to PIP's for example the following areas are due for the change in May of this year

From May 2015 From 25 May, areas further extend to include postcodes beginning: BS; CB; CM; CO; DA; GL; MK; PA; RM; SN; SP and SS.

Presume you were over 65, and already in receipt of disability living allowance, on 8 April 2013. If so, nothing will change. You'll continue to be paid disability living allowance for as long as you meet the eligibility criteria.

Margaret.

We live in CA postcode and MRS got letter that due to nature of her DLA claim she would be one of the last to be moved to PIP. We will be moving in the next month or 2 to an SR postcode, will this affect her claim or will she still just be asked to apply when the remained are transferred to PIP around October ?

It will depend how soon after the claimant moves and notifies the DWP with a change of circumstances, this should be straight forward change of address for them..

The Dwp will notify you when to apply but in the meantime it may pay you to play catch up and see how the changes could affect them

Can someone please confirm - DLA recipient not 65 until end of year - their postcode does not appear in the list above - do they just wait until the DWP make contact with them ??

Yes. Until DWP contact you, you don't have to do anything. Unless you have a change in your circumstances.
