Looks like they have begun trying to "Enforce" These debts...

Well they were buried quicker then i ever imagined... Account returned, no further action from them to be taken.

- Contacted them via phone

- Asked to confirm if they had a CCA to back up their claim of money owned. They advised "No"

- Asked them to confirm how much was outstanding and a statement of charges. The amount was £600 & they advised they are unable to as DHR have given them very little information.

- Accounts have been assigned to

Evesham

WR11 1LS

 

However, these are only being administered and they don't physically own them.

 

- DHR have been selling accounts to 3 different DCAs and they are the newest DCA to the list.

- Their MD is Mr Bernie Phillips

- They too are offering discounts, so something isnt quite right with these.

Just had the same letter & email from capital, should I ignore them and wait and see what their next move. I did call them and refused to confirm my address and the lady refused to tell the lenders name so ended in stalemate

Well just had a letter from BPO Collections demanding £2231.00 relating to a Tooth Fairy debt of £200.00, Complete joke of a company. This debt dates back to Nov 2012 looks like more threat letters will start again.

Just ignore them, or you can write back and say any further communication will be taken as harassment and will be reported to the regulators and authorities as such.
