purchased a laptop almost 3 months ago and the hard drive gave up, so all currys did was replace the hard drive, no replacement or refund. now it has frozen again and all currys want to do is repair yet again. after spending between 400 and 500 quid surely they should either replace or refund if they are selling dodgy goods

Write a Formal Letter of Complaint, mark it as such. Explain what's happened (hard drive has failed again), how they have let you down (spent £450, hard drive already replaced, same problem again) and what you want them to do replace/refund)
