I've been out of the loop for a few months and after my succesful claim against HSBC, I am now targetting a few other institutions! I need to send a prem letter to GE Money, are there any templates for these or shall I utilise the bank ones?:-|

I used the bank letter and amended the bits that didn't apply.

Just subscribing to the thread- is there another GE Capital Woodchested thread anywhere that I should be keeping an eye on? Just sucessfully claimed against Lloyds so thought I would have a pop at GE Capital while I'm in the mood ...

Watch out for GE Capital.

I pursued them for bank charges, got the pile of indecipherable statements, and they offered to write off the outstanding amount owed instead (which was probably about the same) I called them to clarify I owed nothing more, and they confirmed that both accounts were settled.

This was December. Got a copy of my credit report and find a default of £345 in December marked gone away with no address!!! How poor is that? I've since written to them to have the default removed but the usual "wrong department" shuffle has been going on. they are now out of time to respond so I'm escalating it.

I have a Debenhams card and I need to write to them regards a change of address, I know these are owned by GE also, does anybody know the address I need to write to please, any help would be much appreciated.

I know calling them would be easier but 'I don't do phones' I don't like to talk to companys over the phone no matter what it is regards.
