The reason I ask is that firstly

I did not expect to have to deal with a Collection firm

arriving at my business premises on a Bank Holiday Weekend.

Secondly,

they had arrived to remove my haulage truck which I rely on for business and

thirdly,

when I called the police they had no effect and the two men from NCS dictated

the entirety of the proceedings that followed and the police were helpless.

I concede that I owed money to the finance company on the truck and as a result they instructed NCS,

but I had no idea that a Collection firm could simply remove my property

and even less idea that they could dictate proceedings so swiftly

and with such power over the local police under a repossession order.

Is there no patience anymore?

Was the truck on HP or lease?

unless they were bailiffs [but must have a court order]

which I doubt

if they are simple repo guys

they have no such bailiff powers

and usually spoof people they have

esp on private property!!

scan up the agreement and any paperwork the repo guys left you please

scan the required letters/agreements/sheets - as a picture[jpg] file

don't forget you can use a mobile phone or a digital camera too!!

ENSURE: remove all pers info inc. barcodes etc

but leave all monetary figures and dates.

it would be better to upload a multipage pdf if

you have many images too rather than many single pdfs

or if you have PDF as an installed printer drive use that

try and logically name your file so people know what it is.

though DONT USE BANK NAMES or CAG in the title

i'e Default notice DD-mm-yyyy

open a new msg box here

hit go advanced below the msg box

hit manage attachments below that box

hit the add files button on the top right

hit select files, navigate to your file on your pc

hit upload files

...

YOU DONT have to put a link to the attachment in the msg box..just upload it ..job done
