Yes, reply accepting as part payment only. Give them the remainder of the notice period before filing claim.

 

Money claim varies in length depending on which court you will be using, but from now you would be looking at somewhere between January and March until the hearing

1/9/06 RBS claim #1

8/11/06 - claim settled

17/11 claim #2 started - incl creditcard

30/11 - CC statements received

31/11 - Prelims issued - RBS paying up, only M/C to go)

Sent LBA a week ago and recieved a letter today offering me 50% offer. Do I just file claim or write to say I will except as part payment they have 7 days to reply. Wen I file moneyclaim how long does that process normally take
