Welcome to CAG speargun. All claims via MCOL are set for Northampton court at first as that is where they are based. It will be transfered to your local County Court. May I suggest that you spend some time reading the FAQ's on this site.

Also if you start your own thread and call it something like 'speargun v Yorkshire Bank and let everyone know how far you have got so far and then if you need any specific help people will know what advice to give Have a good read through some of the current threads within the Yorkshire Bank forum too as you will pick up some great tips on how to proceed at each stage.

Only just noticed that on my settlement letter dated 4th June 2007 there is a telephone number for Clydesdale Legal Services :o Only ever had a fax number there before lol.

just tried the last number for legal services in glasgow got a recorded message saying please write to them at there add

It is true that Clydesdale bank store all their past records on microfiche. These are small plastic sheets the size of a smartphone that store photocopies of pages each the size of a fingernail. About 120 pages per sheet.

I had a copy of my original credit card agreement faxed over from the archival company at 8.44pm. So someone must have been working overtime.
