    Default setting a precident

Just out of interest, if the Royal Bank of Scotlandicon let my case go to court, and they lost, would this set a precident for all other businesses to claim their unfair charges back? This would cost them an absolute fortune. Do you think they could win if I go that far?

Correct that it woldn't set a precedent - but it would be a very good start.

Could they win? If they can show that their charges are justified then yes.
