    Default Routine RBS recovery

I've initiated a further round of charge recovery from RBSicon and had some twonk on telling me that any 'Full and finalicon' that I might have signed in the past covers FUTURE claims. This despite various letters from them observing that 'this' claim is settled (refering to an earlier episode).
I recall that, b4 OFT, there was a useful article on the forum discussing the merits of seeking a dismissal of any response from the CC company (whoever they might be) on grounds that no credit card company has been in court for the purpose of defending their costs and that they have established a track record of wasting court time.
Does anyone recall this - it is an action that, in my eyes, has merit and, at the very least, saves accumulating a court bundle? If there is no recollection then what thinkest thou?
Finally, at what stage, and how, would one file such a request (eg at the time of the aqicon)?

Found the thread on "Full & Final" begun by 'stopthethieves' on 16 August 2006 at 00.29 under the heading "Payment made in respect of Full and final settlement" but it seems to have vanished from the General element of the Bank & Finance sub-forum; any ideas why Mods?
